The Massachusetts Republican Party today announced that U.S. Senator Scott Brown will serve as the Keynote Speaker at the 2010 Massachusetts Republican State Convention, on April 17, 2010 at the DCU Center in Worcester.
MassGOP Chairman Jennifer Nassour released the following statement:
“Senator Brown brings the same energy and momentum to our convention that he brought to a packed Mechanic’s Hall in January. His message of common-sense, for-the-people government has energized our strong Republican candidates for the 2010 election cycle. Senator Brown serves as an inspiration that Republican ideals and hard work can overcome the entrenched political machine in Massachusetts. Republicans up and down the ticket are ready to bring Senator Brown’s message of reform, balance and fiscal responsibility to Beacon Hill in November.”
